How the documents work together

  1. 1

Choose your track: Decide between the Embassy track and the University track, and check your country's quota and notice. (User Guide)

  2. 2

Check eligibility: Check citizenship, age, degree date and the grade thresholds against the current guidelines. (User Guide)

  3. 3

Start the apostilles: Certificates must be apostilled or consular-confirmed. Start early and track each document. (Application Timeline)

  4. 4

Collect evidence: Record 10 to 15 true stories from your studies, work and activities, and tag them. (STAR Evidence Bank)

  5. 5

Brief your recommender: Send the brief with your CV so the letter is dated and signed (and sealed where required) in time. (Recommendation Brief)

  6. 6

Choose universities: Embassy track: up to 3 universities, at least one Type B; the online user guide states that Choice 1 must be Type B. University track: 1 university, 1 department. (Personal Statement and Study Plan Worksheets)

  7. 7

Work the forms: Confirm each prompt and limit in the current forms, answer the recall questions, then write your own text. (Personal Statement and Study Plan Worksheets)

  8. 8

Check and submit: Run the self-checks and the final checklist, and submit well before the online system closes. (User Guide)

  9. 9

Prepare the interview: If shortlisted by your embassy, practise the questions aloud. (Interview Question Bank)

Questions about this kit

Are the form prompts current?

The prompts and limits come from earlier forms because the 2026 wording could not be confirmed. Each worksheet tells you to compare it with the current Form 2 and Form 3 before you write.

Does the kit cover both tracks?

Yes. It explains the Embassy and University tracks, the one-application rule and the 2026 quotas for our six countries.

Does it contain example statements?

No. NIIED can cancel an award for false information, so the kit gives you questions, structures and checks, never text to copy.
