Frequently asked questions
Do your kits include sample essays?
No. Many programmes check for copied and AI-generated text and disqualify it. Our kits give you questions, structures, an evidence bank and checklists so that every word you submit is your own.
Are you connected to any scholarship programme?
No. Scholar Dossier is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any programme, university or embassy. We use programme names only to say what each kit is for, and we link to the programme's own pages for every fact.
Can I use ChatGPT or another AI tool with the kit?
Only within your programme's rules, which differ a lot. Chevening prohibits using AI to generate essay answers; others allow limited help such as grammar checks and ask you to disclose it. Each kit's User Guide summarises the rules of that programme, with the source.
What do I receive after paying?
An email with a personal download link to one ZIP file: a User Guide in Word plus the working files listed on the product page (Word and Excel). The link works for 30 days and 5 downloads.
Which software do I need?
Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs and Sheets, or the free LibreOffice. The spreadsheets use standard formulas and drop-down lists.
Do you guarantee that I will get the scholarship?
No one can. Selection decisions are made only by each programme. Our kits help you organise your own evidence and prepare; they do not change the programme's decision.
Why can't I buy from the European Union?
We do not sell to consumers resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area. Our articles and the deadlines calendar remain free for everyone.
Can I get a refund?
Because the files are delivered immediately, we do not refund a change of mind after delivery. We always refund faulty files we cannot fix, missing deliveries and duplicate purchases. See the Refund Policy.
Can I share the files with a friend or my students?
No. The licence is personal. Each file is marked with your email and order number. Your friend can buy their own kit.
I have a visa question after winning a scholarship. Can you help?
Our sister site The Visa Blueprint (getvisablueprint.com) publishes study visa document kits.
