Our story

Scholar Dossier was started by Mathieu Silva, an independent publisher based in France who builds practical document kits for international applicants. While building The Visa Blueprint, a shop of study and work visa document kits, we kept hearing the same thing from scholarship applicants: the official criteria are public, but turning them into strong, honest evidence is hard, and the products on offer were mostly copies of other people's essays. Programmes increasingly detect and disqualify copied and AI-written work. So we built the opposite: workbooks that start from each programme's published criteria and help you find and organise your own evidence, in your own words. We are not affiliated with any programme, we do not sell essays, and we do not review applications. We check every fact against the programme's own pages and link to the source so you can verify it yourself.
