Terms of Sale
1. Seller and scope
These terms apply to every purchase on scholardossier.com. The products are published by Mathieu Silva, Entrepreneur individuel (EI), trading as Scholar Dossier, SIREN 980 654 073, RCS Toulon, Solliès-Toucas, France (full details in the Legal Notice). Payment is handled by Stripe Managed Payments: your order is sold through Link (Sold through Link, LLC), which is the merchant of record for the payment and collects any applicable tax.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. We do not sell to consumers resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway). If an order is placed from one of these countries, we refund it in full and do not deliver the files.
3. The products
Each kit is a set of downloadable files (Word .docx and Excel .xlsx) described on its product page, with the exact file names. The kits are general information, not admissions advice. They contain no sample essays, and we do not write, edit or review applications. Programme rules change between cycles: the kits link to each programme's own pages, which are the only authority. No kit guarantees shortlisting, an interview or an award.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are the prices you pay. Your payment page may show the amount in your local currency, converted by Stripe. Taxes are calculated and collected by Stripe where applicable. Payment is taken when you confirm the order on the Stripe checkout page.
5. Delivery
After payment, we email you a personal download link. It works for 30 days and for 5 downloads. Your files are delivered as one ZIP file, each file marked with your email and order reference.
6. Immediate access and withdrawal
Before paying, you ask for immediate access to the digital files and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is available. We record this consent with the date and time, and we repeat it in your confirmation email. This does not affect any right you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence, or our Refund Policy.
7. Licence
When you buy a kit, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use its files for your own scholarship applications. You may print the files and fill them in for yourself. You may not share, resell, sublicense, upload to any website or file-sharing service, or use the files to provide paid services to others (for example coaching or consulting). Each file carries your order details and an invisible identifier. We may disable a download link that is shared publicly.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking the current rules of the programme you apply to, including its rules on AI tools, outside help and the disclosure of help. Everything you submit must be your own work.
9. Liability
We take care to check every fact against official sources, but programmes can change their rules at any time. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10. Complaints
Write to contact@scholardossier.com with your order reference. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within one month. Buyers in India can also contact our Grievance Officer (see the Legal Notice).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country where the law allows it.
