Set your dates: Enter the deadline of your dispatching authority or university, and any hard-copy deadline, in the timeline. (Application Timeline)

  4. 4

Order documents: Start notarisation, the medical examination and the police certificate early; note their validity periods. (Application Timeline)

Write the study plan: Work through each part, then write your own plan of at least 800 words. (Study Plan Worksheets)

  8. 8

Check and submit: Run the self-checks and the final checklist; check the programme category and agency number before you submit. (User Guide)

Questions about this kit

What is the difference between Type A and Type B?

Type A goes through your country's dispatching authority and the Chinese embassy; Type B goes through one Chinese university. The guide explains both and the confirmed country details.

Is there a Type A route for India or Bangladesh?

We could not confirm one for 2026/2027. The guide tells you which pages to check and how Type B through universities works.

Does the kit include a sample study plan?

No. The kit gives you questions, structures and checks so that your study plan is authentic and your own.
